For prescription-only (Schedule H/H1) medicines, a valid prescription is required. For OTC products, no prescription is needed. We can advise on categories.

We accept cash and other modes as displayed at the store (e.g. UPI, card). Confirm payment terms when placing an order.
Yes. Generic medicines contain the same active ingredients and meet the same quality standards. PMBJP products are from approved manufacturers and quality-assured.

Delivery depends on location. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your address and medicine list; we will confirm if we can deliver and any charges.
